LiDARmoves collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no network code of any kind. Everything you scan stays on your device until you choose to share it.
None. The app contains no code that transmits data anywhere. There is no server, no telemetry endpoint and no third-party SDK. We cannot see your scans, your measurements, your project names or how you use the app.
The app needs the camera and the LiDAR scanner to measure. The live camera feed is used to render the augmented-reality view and, when texture capture is enabled, to colour the scanned mesh. Camera frames and depth data are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
These are included in your iPhone or iCloud device backup if you have backups enabled — that is Apple's backup, not ours, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Files leave the app only when you tap Share and choose a destination — Files, Mail, AirDrop, a CAD app or anything else you pick. That transfer is handled by iOS and by whichever app or service you select, under their own privacy terms. We are not a party to it.
LiDARmoves is a professional surveying tool and is not directed at children. Since it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.
Regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights over personal data a company holds about you — access, correction, deletion, portability. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete. Your data is in your hands on your own device.
If a future version of the app ever gains a feature that transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described here with its date.
